Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.

4. NFT Transactions

All NFT transactions are conducted on the Hyperliquid blockchain and are irreversible. The Platform acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for the success or failure of transactions. Users are responsible for:

5. Fees and Payments

Users retain ownership of their intellectual property rights. By using the Platform, you grant Lyraverse.io a limited license to display and promote your content. The Platform respects copyright and intellectual property laws.
